Description

The GERi manikin range is a standard bearer for geriatric nursing and patient care training, and now comes in three models:

• Basic Patient Care
• Complete Nursing Skills
• Nursing Skills with Auscultation

GERi has an elderly appearance with skin wrinkles and folds to aid geriatric care training, and is available in light and medium skin tones. Features a complete lifelike range of motion, realistic patient positioning and non-pinching joints – moves like a person.

The GERi range is designed to support practice on:

Basic Patient Care model

General patient care, daily living assistance simulation platform, including:

• Bandaging and wound care

• Finger/toe manipulation with bandaging
• IM injection sites: arm, thigh, buttock
• Oral/nasal hygiene: lavage, gavage, suctioning
• Ostomy care: ileostomy, colostomy, appliance maintenance
• Tracheostomy care: lavage and suctioning
• Patient positioning, transfers, and perineal care

Complete Nursing Skills model

Physical skills practice simulation platform with injection, catheterization, and respiratory support, including all features of the Basic Patient Care model, plus:
