At Simulaids we aim to process all orders within 48 working hours of receipt, as stock levels allow. Any products not in stock are subject to a lead time from our manufacturers, which can vary from 2–8 weeks depending on availability. At Simulaids we can repair, service or restore many of our products under warranty upon request. Many of our products have a range of replaceable parts.

We offer a range of warranties for products to be free from any defect in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 1-5 years. The length of warranty depends on the manufacturer.
