We accept all major debit and credit cards for online orders. If you would like to pay with a purchase order this can be attached to the order but would approval before your order is processed. Your method of payment will be charged when we finalise your order.
You can attach your VAT exempt certification to your order. Your order will be processed once the exemption has been approved.
Yes. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

We ship to all locations within the United Kingdom (shipping costs may Vary) – on request we may be able to ship to BFPOs and other GB territories.
At Simulaids we aim to process all orders within 48 working hours of receipt, as stock levels allow. Product that are not within our current stock would be subject to a lead time from our manufactures. Lead time can vary from 2 – 8 weeks depending on the products availability. All packages are shipped with a tracking number with the ability to track via the courier’s website.
At Simulaids we can repair, service or restore many of our products under warranty upon request. Many of our product have a range of replaceable parts.
