Use of Site
By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions, which take effect immediately upon your first use. Simulaids Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.
Copyright
You agree to access the contents only for your own private use and not for any commercial purposes. You may print a single hard copy of any part of the content for personal use.
Restrictions
You may not copy, store, distribute, transmit, modify, or publicly display any part of the site without prior written permission from Simulaids Ltd, except as permitted by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Use of Site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. This includes not transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the site.
Payment
Payment for non-credit account holders and all export orders must be made by cleared payment before dispatch. Payment options include bank transfer, cheque, and major credit and debit cards. The seller reserves the right to decline certain types of payment without reason.
Credit Accounts
New credit accounts may be opened upon receipt of two satisfactory trade references and full banking details, with the agreement of Simulaids management. Credit checks will be conducted on the company and its directors. To become a credit account holder, the first order must be paid in full before dispatch.
Delivery Charges
For standard delivery, a charge of £15 applies to orders under £250, while orders over £250 are free. Items over 30kg may incur additional charges, even for orders over £250. Simulaids reserves the right to charge delivery fees to any account holder.
Delivery Instructions
Delivery dates given by the seller are approximate and do not form part of the contract. The seller accepts no liability if delivery dates are not met.
When receiving goods, ensure the external packaging is not damaged or tampered with. Any damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery sheet and reported immediately with photographic evidence. Any defects or shortages must be notified to Simulaids in writing within 3 days of delivery.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
All prices are displayed ex VAT. VAT will be charged at the current UK VAT rate for all products, services, and carriage charges, except where specified. VAT exemption certificates will be accepted but must be supplied with every order.
Credit Accounts
Credit account holders must make payment per the terms of their individual credit account from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue accounts may attract additional fees.
Title of Goods
All goods remain the property of Simulaids until payment is received in full. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery for UK customers and on dispatch for export orders.
Returns
Goods cannot be returned without prior permission from Simulaids. Goods must be returned complete with the manufacturer’s packaging and instructions in an undamaged and resalable condition. A restocking fee may apply.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site, unless uploaded by users, is the property of Simulaids Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store, or reuse material from the site unless otherwise indicated or given express written permission by Simulaids Ltd.
Our website may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under the control of Simulaids or that of our affiliates. We assume no responsibility for the content of such web sites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the company’s negligence, the company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims arising out of the supply of goods and services.
Errors & Omissions
Every effort is made to keep internet pricing and content description error-free. In the event of an error in pricing, Simulaids reserves the right to withdraw a product from sale. All catalogue and internet photography and descriptions are intended as a guide to the product’s appearance and description only. All items pictured which are additional to the core product are displayed for guidance purposes only unless otherwise specified in the product description. Simulaids operates a policy of continual improvement to its product range; items may be replaced with products of an equivalent or superior specification at any time.
Credit Card Security
Using your credit card to make purchases via our website is a secure way to pay for your goods and is made through a third-party acquiring portal. All sensitive information, including personal details as well as credit card information, is held by the acquiring portal; no credit card information is stored by Simulaids. No historical information regarding credit cards is held by Simulaids. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts and GDPR regulations, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorized access. If you would not like your information held, please inform us and it will be securely disposed of.

Special Offers and Discount Codes
From time to time we may use promotional discount codes or promotional sitewide discounts on the website to reduce the price of specified products. Promotional discount codes must be used at the point of order and cannot be applied retrospectively. These can be applied to your shopping cart or at the end of the checkout process before payment. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions which will be stipulated on the advertised landing page when the promotion is active. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other codes or promotions or against items already within our sale section.
