ADAM-X has an extremely realistic respiratory tract. It has fully independent right and left lungs, and ventilation of the lung automatically leads to the appropriate sounds of breathing, chest excursion and pulmonary gas exchange. Apnoea or hypoventilation, along with low oxygen levels, lead to physiological changes: the hypercapnia, the hypoxemia, decreasing SpO2 and tachycardia. Ventilating the lungs returns ADAM-X to normal breathing with an appropriate respiratory rate.
ADAM-X is a reproduction of a skeletal and anatomical structure of a human with distinctive characteristics and features. It is human-sized, and has exceptionally realistic skin.
ADAM-X has automatic blinking depending on physiological status, as well as a physiological reaction of the pupils to light and touch. The teeth are replaceable and the tongue can swell.
ADAM-X is ideal for ALS training, scenario training and medical treatment training. Because ADAM-X is completely wireless and tetherless, and has realistic human proportions, it is very portable and ideal for on-site training. During CPR training, the accuracy of the hand placement is tracked, as well as the depth and rate of compression.

ADAM-X Xact Trauma
ADAM-X Xact is also available as a ‘Trauma’ model with bleeding sites on the manikin and includes the Hemorrhage-X3 catastrophic bleeding pump system.
With an internal tank with a capacity of 2.5 litres of simulated blood and a bleeding flow rate up to 400mL/min, ADAM-X Trauma brings even more realism to your trauma scenarios. The tutor can control several bleeding parameters using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with the Hemorrhage-X App. The bleeding stops automatically after the placement of a tourniquet.
