The trainer attaches easily to a person’s or manikins arm, leg, or hip, allowing the practice of suturing techniques in addition to essential communication and patient interaction skills.
The suture trainer allows the instructor or student to decide the depth of suturing and the proper technique needed.
With a sharp scalpel, cut wounds at any desired depth or location on the pad. Wounds automatically open when cut. Repeatedly suture each pad until the skin at any one site becomes so heavily perforated that it will no longer support more suturing. The pad is easy to remove.
