The COVID-19 pandemic is causing shipping delays on certain products. We are also being subjected to significant increases in air freight costs, which we are trying our best not to pass on to customers.
Our logistics partners are exploring alternative options to move freight between the USA and UK over the coming days and weeks. We are also talking with manufacturers to establish new shipping routes for us. We will keep you updated as we learn more information.

FREE delivery on orders over £50.00 excluding VAT within mainland UK.
Orders within mainland United Kingdom below £50.00 excluding VAT will be subject to carriage charges of £7.50 plus VAT.
Delivery outside mainland UK will be available ex Warehouse for the customer to arrange collection. Alternately we can arrange carriage, quotes will be provided on request.
Ordinarily, we aim to deliver in-stock items to you in 3-5 business days.
If there is a delay we will inform you. If your requirement is urgent please contact us to check stock levels.
International deliveries take between 5-14 days depending on destination.
The Seller shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Goods to the Buyers address on the delivery date.
The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure by the Seller to deliver the Goods (or any of them) promptly or at all.
Notwithstanding that the Seller may have delayed or failed to deliver the Goods (or any or them) promptly the Buyer shall be bound to accept delivery and to pay for the Goods in full, provided that delivery shall be tendered at any time within seven days of the delivery date.
FREE RETURNS are accepted for web shop orders with a total weight of less than 20kg, providing goods are returned in their original packaging and unused. Failure to return goods in a new condition may result in a restocking fee of £25.00 plus VAT or 20% of the invoice value, whichever is the greater.
All returns must be pre-authorised prior to shipping to our warehouse. Unauthorised returns may be refused and additional carriage costs may be incurred. Shipping for packages weighing in excess of 20kg will be quoted on an individual basis and agreed with the customer before the return can be authorised.
Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us their original packaging within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
Any goods returned for product defect or warranty issues will not incur restocking fees, but must still have appropriate authorisation.
Where it is necessary to provide a refund, the agreed amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method that the initial payment was received.
Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receiving the goods or cancellation of the order if goods have not been despatched.
